Pre-purchasing:
BUY ONLINE, SKIP THE LINE
Customers who purchase tickets online with us gain access to our online express lane at the candybar. Please follow the signage in the foyer to utilise this service.
We recommend patrons pre-purchase tickets online or instore, ensuring your preferred seating.
Allocated seating is in use and enforced in all of our theatres.
We do not book or hold tickets to films or live theatre for payment at a later date.
When you arrive:
Use the "Express" Candy bar queue if you have pre-purchased your tickets.
Please have your tickets ready to show our ushers as you head into the theatres.
We no longer have booster cushions available, so please bring your own
Opening Hours:
We open 15 minutes before the first movie and close 15 minutes after the last movie session. A weekly schedule is published on our Facebook and Instagram pages each Wednesday.
If you prefer a paper schedule, these are available any time outside our main doors or at the Box Office.
Vouchers:
All gift vouchers have a 3 year expiry from the date of issue.
Gift cards can be used to purchase tickets online or instore, with the details on the gift card wallet. If you are having trouble, please give us a call.
If you have an older voucher, please give us a call so that we can give you more accurate information.
Tickets for kids 2 & under, and companion/carers card holders cannot be used in our online system. Please visit the Box Office in person to arrange for these tickets.
Food & drink:
Our popcorn and plain chips are gluten free, with other items being vegetarian, vegan, dairy free (including the popcorn!) Please inquire in-store as we're happy to show you the ingredients of a certain product!

Only food & drink purchased at Echuca Paramount can be taken into the cinemas.
